Blimey is fully compliant with GDPR requirements and Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks.

Data subject requests

Blimey handles all mandatory Shopify GDPR webhooks:

• Customer Data Request — If a customer requests their data, Blimey responds confirming it does not store any customer personal data.
• Customer Data Erasure — If a customer requests data deletion, Blimey confirms there is no customer data to delete.
• Shop Data Erasure — If you request your shop data to be erased, Blimey processes the request and removes your store's data.

What data we store about you

The only personally identifiable information Blimey stores is:

• Your Shopify store domain
• Your admin email address (used for sending notifications)

Data deletion

If you want all your data removed:

1. Uninstall the app from your Shopify admin
2. Contact us at [email protected] to request complete data erasure
3. We'll confirm once all data has been permanently deleted

Data processing

Blimey processes data solely for the purpose of providing uptime monitoring services. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any other purpose.
