If you need help with Blimey, there are several ways to reach us.
In-app support form
The fastest way to get help:
- Open Blimey in your Shopify admin
- Go to the Support page from the sidebar
- Fill in the contact form with your question or issue
- Click Send
Your message will be sent directly to our support team along with your store details, so we can assist you quickly.
You can also email us directly at [email protected]. Include your store's .myshopify.com domain in your message so we can look up your account.
Response times
We aim to respond to all support requests within 24 hours during business days. Urgent issues (like monitoring not working) are prioritised.
What to include in your message
To help us resolve your issue faster, include:
- A description of the problem or question
- Your store's domain
- Any error messages you're seeing
- Screenshots if applicable
- Steps to reproduce the issue (if it's a bug)
