Understanding the Dashboard

The Dashboard is your overview of everything happening with your store's uptime.

Current Status

At the top, you'll see your store's current status:

  • Online (green) — Your store is responding normally
  • Degraded (yellow) — Your store is responding but with issues
  • Down (red) — Your store is not responding
  • Unknown (blue) — No check data available yet

Uptime Summary Cards

Four cards show your uptime percentage across different time periods:

  • Last 24 Hours — Short-term availability
  • Last 7 Days — Weekly availability
  • Last 30 Days — Monthly availability
  • Last 90 Days — Quarterly availability

A green percentage (99.9%+) means your store has been consistently available. Yellow (99%+) indicates some minor issues. Red (below 99%) suggests significant downtime.

Performance Metrics

Below the uptime cards, you'll find:

  • Avg Response — The average time it takes your store to respond to a check
  • Check Interval — How often your store is being checked
  • Failed Checks — Number of checks that returned down or degraded status

Response Time Chart

A bar chart showing individual response times for each check. Green bars mean your store responded successfully. Red bars indicate failures.

Recent Checks Table

A table showing the most recent 25 checks with status, domain, HTTP status code, response time, and timestamp.

Active Incidents

If there are any ongoing incidents, they'll be displayed prominently on the dashboard.
